Returns & Exchange Policy

At Vortex Ronin, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Have all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories attached or included.
• Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, washing, odors, stains, or misuse.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or would like to exchange your item for another eligible size or product, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The replacement item will generally be dispatched after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Wrong Size Ordered

We strongly recommend reviewing the relevant size chart before placing your order. If you select the wrong size, you may request an exchange within the return period. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the correct product and size originally ordered were delivered.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery. Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the packaging where relevant

After reviewing the claim, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund. For verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products, Vortex Ronin will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Return Shipping

Before returning an item, please contact Vortex Ronin Customer Support for return instructions. Do not send a return without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may experience processing delays. Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Vortex Ronin cannot be responsible for return packages lost before they reach our designated return location.

Refunds

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return requirements. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after refund processing for the funds to appear in your account. Actual processing times depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Vortex Ronin or otherwise required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective or otherwise required by law, the following items may not be eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products
• Made-to-order products specifically produced to customer specifications
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable before purchase
• Products showing signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, or customer-caused damage

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to cancel the order before it is processed or dispatched. However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled and must instead be handled through the applicable return process.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a package and it is returned to us, any refund will be handled after the returned package has been received and inspected. Actual shipping, return shipping, customs, or carrier charges resulting from an unclaimed or refused shipment may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Fair Use

Vortex Ronin reserves the right to review return activity where there is evidence of misuse, fraudulent claims, repeated excessive returns, or violations of this policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory rights available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
