Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotional periods, new product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 7–12 business days
• Canada: 7–12 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
• Other International Destinations: 7–15 business days

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Any free-shipping promotion will be subject to the conditions displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped and tracking becomes available, the tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped. Vortex Ronin is not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Customs procedures may also cause delivery delays that are outside the control of Vortex Ronin.

Delayed Shipments

Courier delays can occasionally occur. If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your order has exceeded the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you in checking the shipment status with the relevant carrier.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a package may have been lost in transit, please contact us promptly. We will investigate the shipment with the courier. Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions for confirmed lost shipments will be handled after the carrier investigation has been completed, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

• Check around your property and designated delivery locations.
• Ask household members or neighbors whether they accepted the package.
• Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number, and the packages may arrive on different dates.
