Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotional periods, new product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Europe: 7–12 business days
• Canada: 7–12 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
• Other International Destinations: 7–15 business days

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Any free-shipping promotion will be subject to the conditions displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped and tracking becomes available, the tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Delayed Shipments

Lost Packages

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

Multiple Shipments

Exchanges

Wrong Size Ordered

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

• Photographs of the packaging where relevant

After reviewing the claim, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund. For verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products, Vortex Ronin will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Return Shipping

Before returning an item, please contact Vortex Ronin Customer Support for return instructions. Do not send a return without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may experience processing delays. Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Vortex Ronin cannot be responsible for return packages lost before they reach our designated return location.

Refunds

Non-Returnable Items
